Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I place an order?Browse our store and add selected items to your shopping cart. When finished shopping, click Checkout, provide the information requested (shipping, credit card, etc.), and submit your order. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at: info@sochicgifts.com How many items can I put in the shopping cart? You can order as many items as you like. What happens if a product is out of stock? If a product is not in stock, please feel free to email us at info@sochicgifts.com for an estimated arrival date or for a special order request. How do I cancel or change my order? Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to info@sochicgifts.com and include your name and order confirmation number. Do I pay sales tax? Sales tax is charged only on orders purchased from a Canadian address. Standard provincial taxes will be applied plus GST of 5%. There is no sales tax on US or International orders. When is my credit card charged? You card is charged when the order is processed. Can I have my items gift wrapped? We offer a gift wrapping service which you can select at checkout. The fee is $5 per item or $8 per item, depending on its size. Remember if you want a gift wrapped to select the gift wrap option at checkout. We can have your gift shipped directly to the recipient and no receipt will be included. SHIPPINGWhen will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?Your order will usually be shipped within three to five days from when you place your order. Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address? Yes. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it's different from the billing address. Please note, however, that www.sochicgifts.com cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that www.sochicgifts.com cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes. PERSONAL INFORMATIONDo we keep your information?Yes, we keep the information you provide us for our records only. All information collected is for the sole purpose of filling orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We will not release any customer information to anyone. RETURNSPERSONALIZED ITEMS:We do not accept returns for any custom-made and/or personalized gifts. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling on the customers' part. Please be sure of the spelling before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced at our cost. NON–PERSONALIZED ITEMS: We gladly accept returns or exchanges of other, non-personalized products for store credit. SoChicGifts credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Please note that we must be contacted by phone or email within 15 days of receipt. Once you have received confirmation to return the item(s), send the item(s) back to us, in its original condition, and we will refund your purchase, less shipping and handling. Any returns sent to us without prior notification will be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Please insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost packages. How do I return something to you? If you would like to return something, you will need to email us at info@sochicgifts.com to receive the Return Authorization Number for your product. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. All products need to be in original packaging. Please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address. |
